A great way to continue the year for Boys in our Companies is to join in on the Annual State Competitions for Boys run by BB Lagos State Council for every BB Company in the State. This is an excellent way to introduce new activities, involve someone in the Church (as a Judge), make the Boys aware of the wider movement and have fun. Due to the circumstances around Covid-19, many Companies are not yet in a position to meet face-to-face. Because of this we have developed a series of activities that Boys can carry out from their homes.

The State Competition is being launched as an annual event for Boys throughout the State. It is an easy to play competition that your company can take part in.

The competitions are based on the Four Cardinal Points of The Boys’ Brigade Programme - Spiritual, Educational, Physical & Social. 

Entries will be received in the following Competitions:

• Bible Quiz Competition – for Junior, Company & Senior Sections 
• Spelling Genius - 1 Company Section entry per Battalion
• Arts & Crafts Competition – 1 entry per Battalion
•  Essay Writing Competition – for Junior, Company and Senior Sections
• Media (Video Production) – 1 entry per Company (Battalion).

All Entries from Companies will be on Battalion basis. i.e. Companies will represent their Battalion at the State Finals.
