Leadership Workshop serves as an opportunity for leaders to step away from their Companies and Battalions to focus on the big ideas regarding the development of the State Council through interaction with others and thinking creatively to achieve desired goals.
Therefore, the Executive Workshop is aimed at equipping Officials of the Battalion Councils with the requisite knowledge, skills and right attitude of keying into the vision of the State Council for the Boy with a view to providing optimal effectiveness that is germane to the goals of the Boys' Brigade. Furthermore, the retreat will provide innovative thinking environment for better collaboration and policy direction for the Lagos State Council of the Boys' Brigade.

At the end of the workshop, participants should be able to:
assess the organisational leadership effectiveness and build a strong and well supported plan for change and development for the BB;
discuss convincingly the vision of the State Council for the growth of the Boys' Brigade in Lagos state;
identify institutional frameworks for effective implementation of policies and programmes for the Council; and
develop a strong buy-in and agreement on leadership behaviours and attainments.

The Executive Workshop is designed for the Key Executives of Battalion Councils, Executive Members of the State Council and Office Bearers.

Fee: N15,000:00 (fifteen thousand Naira) only per participant. The fee includes one-night accommodation, feeding, Course Materials and Certificate.
