Lady Officers are female adult members in The Boys' Brigade who have the desire to serve. Their primary role is to be 'Care Givers' to the young boys in the Company. 

However, in view of the globalisation regarding the training and development of the Boy Child coupled with environmental impacts of such globalisation, there is the need to bring to speed Lady Officers at the various Company levels.

Therefore, the Lady Officers Conference is aimed at equipping this category of Officers with the fundamentals with a view to taking their role as Care- Givers of the Anchors and the Juniors.

At the end of the conference, participants should be able to:

• know the purposes of establishing Lady Officers in the BB;
• identify the roles and responsibilities of Lady Officers;
• develop activities for the Anchors and Juniors;
• discuss the child right act and identify counselling needs of any Anchor or Junior; and 
• develop a strong synergy between the Boy and their parents.

The contents for the Conference will include:

• Lady Officers: The Connection between the Anchor Boy and the Company
• Understanding the Child Right Act in Nigeria.
• Child Counselling and Care; and 
• Empowerment for impact.

The Workshop will adopt classroom lectures, practical interactions and Group discussions.

The conference is designed for all serving Lady Officers and Patronesses in all Companies within Lagos State Council.

Fee: N5,000:00 per participants. The fee includes Lunch, Course Materials and Certificate.
